Our head chef, Saul Salas, brings over 20 years of culinary expertise from some of Columbia’s finest kitchens. His lifelong dream of running his own restaurant has come true at The Hungry Tiger, with the support of his wife, Tina Salas, who welcomes every guest with a warm smile and a listening ear, and their son, Matthew Salas, who oversees front-of-house and kitchen operations with skill and care.
